Judicial Seminar on Human Trafficking, Forced Labour, and Child Exploitation in Thailand in the cont

It is our great honor for Mast Human, Liberty Shared, and A21 Foundation to collaborate with the Court of Justice Thailand hosting "Judicial Seminar on Human Trafficking, Forced Labor, and Child Exploitation in the Context of Comparative Law" in Bangkok, Thailand, during June 10-12, 2019.

The participants were 23 trial court judges and 7 appllate court judges from the Human Trafficking Division of the Criminal Courts of Thailand coming from 9 circuits all over the country. There were judges and prosecutors, lawyers, and experts from the U.S. and EU, as well as Thai law enforcement, Interpol, and the U.S. Homeland Security Investigation. The discussion was fruitful to ensuring trafficking victims' access to justice they deserve.

It was privilege for MAST to present our works and the effort to eliminate labor trafficking in the fishing sector to 30 participating judges, and experts in human trafficking, forced labor, and child exploitation.
